促销产品一：Annexin V细胞凋亡检测
Annexin V是一种Ca依赖性磷脂酰丝氨酸（phosphatidylserine, PS）结合蛋白。在正常细胞中，PS只分布在细胞膜脂质双层的内侧，当细胞发生早期凋亡，PS由脂膜内侧翻向外侧。荧光标记的Annexin V在Ca+存在的条件下与暴露的PS发生结合，通过流式细胞仪或荧光显微镜便可检测细胞凋亡的发生。
Propidium iodide（PI）或7-amino-actinomycin D（7-AAD）都是核酸染料，它们不能透过完整的细胞膜，但在凋亡中晚期的细胞和坏死细胞，PI或7-AAD能够透过细胞膜与细胞核内的DNA结合。将AnnexinV与PI或7-AAD匹配使用，可以将凋亡早期的细胞和晚期的细胞以及坏死细胞进行区分。
